I've spent thousands on Amazon.com and never had a problem, until I placed an order with DDI Sports.

My husband & I have been in business for over three decades, and never dealt with people more unreasonable than the two guys named "David" who run this business.

They sent me the wrong mat twice.I had to repeat my order information three times over the telephone for the 2nd order, and they STILL got it wrong.

Shipping is slow, and they refused to even discuss the possibility of expedited shipping for the third mat, which I offered to help pay for.

I have not received a refund for either mat, and when I attempted to ask about whether or not the company received the mat I returned, "David" screamed profanities and hung up on me.

I know all about unreasonable customers, and there was nothing unreasonable in what I was trying to accomplish.These guys are incompetent and extremely RUDE.Don't waste your time or money trying to do business with them.

Amazon.com should seriously reconsider allowing them to sell from this site.
