You can use the hoppy ball anywhere, but my kids love using it on the trampoline as it gives them a double-bounce. They offer two sizes for larger and smaller children and my two kids will race around after each other giggling their heads off. Oh, and by the way, wearing off some of that energy that can wear us moms out. I will let my kids play on the trampoline for 30-40 minutes before nap time and works like a charm.
